In the year of 2023 beautiful Miniature sheet was issued by Indian Postal Department. Actually this Miniature sheet depecit mainly about The Scindia School@ Gwalior.  And out side of this stamps on miniature sheet  many more themes related images depicted. Such as Fort,Horse, Cycle, Peacock, Flowers, Music instruments, school students, solar panel, Football, Laptop, swimming, tree plantation, lab research etc.....
I think this Miniature sheet is very useful to some Thematic collectors.

The History of the school 

The Scindia School is a private boarding school for boys, established in 1897, and situated in the historic Gwalior Fort, in the city of Gwalior. It was originally started exclusively for royals and nobles of Indian princely states, particularly the Marathas, though now it is available to every class. In 2010, the school enrolled 606 students, with a teacher:student ratio of 1:12.

Formerly school name was Sardar School. It was renamed, "The Scindia School", in 1933, as it evolved into a public school with a Board of Governors, presently headed by Jyotiraditya Scindia, scion of Scindia family.

    Good information. Though overly sized with absurd pricing, this sheet has many good information on schooling activities covering many themes.

Philatelic Journey to Madurai on 16.01.2024 Madurai is my Native District. I am living in Tirumangalam. It is a distance of 20 km away from Madurai. In Madurai have 2 PPC. One PPC is Fish on flag ( Madurai Pandian Kingdom logo was Fish )  available @ Madurai Philatelic Bureau. This Bureau is situated in Madurai HPO campus.  Another PPC is Madurai Meenakshi temple. It is available in Madurai Bazar Post office. This post office is opposite to the Meenakshi temple South tower.    I visited Madurai Philatelic Bureau & Bazar Post office with my friend Mr.Visweswaran from Aruppukottai on 16.01.2024.
