My Philatelic Journey to Newdelhi on 23.12.2023. 1st i visited Dak Bhawan Building. It is Postal Department Headquarters. In this building one part is a Philatelic Museum. Saturday was holiday for this museum , so I can't saw this museum. But i already visited this museum in the month of February 2023 . Philatelic Museum     Old Photo. It was taken by me. Chess Olympiad - International chess competition held in 2022 @ Mahabalipuram, Tamilnadu. Conducted by Tamilnadu Government. In this competition commemorated New chess stamps  and Meghdoot post card issued by postal department. This competition many promotion activities held in Tamil Nadu  by Tamilnadu Govt.  In this promotion activity one was  chess competition conducted among Govt employees in virudhunagar district in the presence of the District collector. I  also participated .  In this competition give T-shirt .That T-shirt i weared and with my hand is that chess stamps with chess cancellation on Meghdoot card. And also one  special cover.         First Flight Bhutan to India                 Bhutan Post Card On 25.11.1988  Bhutan Airlines - DRUK AIR 1st flight flew from Paro city, Bhutan to New Delhi.              This inaugural function commemorated by Bhutan Post department.  In Bhutan country inaugural cancellation cancelled on  Bhutan Postcard. Delivered cancellation cancelled @ Philatelic Bureau, Parliament street ,New Delhi on same date.  Post card carried over by the DRUK AIR flight. I have no further knowledge about this carried  cover. Anybody known details, pls share in comments box. I am collecting various countries of Parliament Buildings. This postcard delivered cancellation depecit Indian Parliament Building. India Postal Barcode Labels :     Old Postal Barcode Label with                     manual details filled up Hi Dear Philatelist, I am Madhavan from Madurai,T.N. I am collecting Postal Barcode labels for the last 5 years. More then 2500 labels   have been collected so far. ஜ நம்ம ளளயய Few Philatelist removed or chopped the affixed stamps from the Speed Post & Registered post  of the envelope covers. And it's collecting under the Used stamps category.
