Permanent Pictorial Cancelllation

I like a journey . That too, so much I like a philatelic journey. Because I love Philately.
In my childhood starting stamp collection from 2nd grade. But not continue after the 8th Grade (14th age) , because I couldn't see any Stamps  and stamps collectors . 
In my 26th age (12 years break in stamp collection),  I connected with Madurai Philatelist and Numismatist Association (MAPNA) , then become my stamp collecting hobby is an ascent. If any Philatelic exhibition conducted in any place, I went to the exhibition  see the all exhibits & got more stamps from various dealers in exhibition place. This journey i so much  learnt about , how to exhibits in the Philatelic exhhibitions. And i got so many new Philatelic  Friends.

I am member in MAPNA , SIPA, KPS, APA, TPC & PCI.  So I went to attended various Philatelic Association monthly meetings and AGM meetings in various cities in India . Above meetings I eagerly attend . This Jourrney i got  so many knowledge about philatelic.

Philatelic Journey to Ooty

Ooty (short for Udhagamandalam) is a resort town in the Western Ghats mountains, in southern India's Tamil Nadu state. Founded as a British Raj summer resort, it retains a working steam railway line. Its 55-acre Government Botanical Garden lies on the slopes of Doddabetta Peak. Ooty, popularly known as the Queen of Hill Stations is adorned with beautiful mountains, lakes, gardens and forests all around.  I went to Ooty in 3rd time on 08.05.2024 & 09.05.2024. 1st day I visited coonoor Sub Post office. In this post office have a Permanent Pictorial Cancellation of Nilgiri Mountain train. I got this Permanent Pictorial Cancellation on Miniature sheet of Railway workshop.  Beauty of this Miniature sheet have Diesel Engine & Electric Train Engine.  Additionally i got Steam Engine PPC on this miniature sheet. India Postal Barcode Labels :     Old Postal Barcode Label with                     manual details filled up Hi Dear Philatelist, I am Madhavan from Madurai,T.N. I am collecting Postal Barcode labels for the last 5 years. More then 2500 labels   have been collected so far. ஜ நம்ம ளளயய Few Philatelist removed or chopped the affixed stamps from the Speed Post & Registered post  of the envelope covers.
